Xresources to Lxterminal colors

Naive script to convert hex colors as seen in .Xresources to Lxterminal friendly format.

Usage:

urxlx ~/.Xresources | xclip

Converts this

then paste the results to strategic location in ~/.config/lxterminal/lxterminal.conf and win.
